Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in community engagement, event planning, social services, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
  • Manage time effectively
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks and work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Welcome new residents, explain the program, and provide community resources, programs, and services upon move-in
  • Identify needs for assistance and educate residents on available resources
  • Provide referrals between residents and local agencies
  • Develop working relationships with local service providers and collect resource material
  • Remain up-to-date with community, federal, state, and local programs
  • Work with the property management team to identify residents who need assistance
  • Promote educational and wellness activities for residents while building a sense of community
