Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of related experience or training
  • sales and/or customer service training
  • proficiency in software applications and smartphones
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to manage resident interactions professionally
  • knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or 3-5 years of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Sales and/or customer service training
  • Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to foster positive relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Skilled in understanding and addressing resident concerns with care and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Plan and organize resident events to foster community engagement
  • Respond to resident feedback within 24 hours via the Resident Feedback system on mprop.net
  • Record and track all resident correspondence in Yardi
  • Complete weekly property inspections with a focus on resident balconies/patios and amenities
  • Inspect apartments as needed to maintain property standards
  • Maintain accurate resident files, including renewals, resident retention programs, and lease changes
  • Assist with in-house transfers, adding/removing roommates, and lease renewals
  • Prepare renewal letters for delivery to residents
  • Assist Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with paperwork flow and verifications
  • Assist the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with property-related tasks
  • Provide input on setting the agenda for weekly and monthly staff meetings
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state Fair Housing Laws and company policies
