Job Requirements

- 3-5 years of related experience or training

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or 3-5 years of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- sales and/or customer service training
- proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- strong ability to foster positive relationships with residents and colleagues
- skilled in understanding and addressing resident concerns with care and professionalism
Job Duties
- Plan and organize resident events to foster community engagement
- respond to resident feedback within 24 hours via the resident feedback system
- record and track all resident correspondence in property management software
- complete weekly property inspections focusing on resident balconies, patios, and amenities
- inspect apartments as needed to maintain property standards
- maintain accurate resident files including renewals, retention programs, and lease changes
- assist with in-house transfers, adding or removing roommates, and lease renewals
- prepare renewal letters for delivery to residents
- assist property management with paperwork flow and verifications
- assist the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with property-related tasks
- provide input on setting agendas for staff meetings
- ensure adherence to federal and state Fair Housing Laws and company policies
