Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hotel or hospitality management
  • willingness to live on-site at the hotel
  • availability to be on-call 24/7
  • strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
  • proficiency in managing staff and operational budgets
  • ability to work under pressure and resolve issues promptly

  • Experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership

Job Duties

  • Manage daily hotel operations to ensure quality guest services
  • live on-site and be available around the clock for operational issues
  • lead hiring, training, and mentoring of hotel staff
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the property
  • oversee financial performance including budgeting and expense control
  • act as liaison between hotel ownership, brand representatives, and staff
  • implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
