Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in hotel or hospitality management
willingness to live on-site at the hotel
availability to be on-call 24/7
strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
proficiency in managing staff and operational budgets
ability to work under pressure and resolve issues promptly

Job Qualifications

Experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership
strong organizational and multitasking skills
excellent customer service and sales abilities
proven team leadership and staff development experience
ability to manage budgets and financial reports
effective communication skills
familiarity with hotel brand standards and operations

Job Duties

Manage daily hotel operations to ensure quality guest services
live on-site and be available around the clock for operational issues
lead hiring, training, and mentoring of hotel staff
maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the property
oversee financial performance including budgeting and expense control
act as liaison between hotel ownership, brand representatives, and staff
implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
