Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related area
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 2 years experience in similar areas
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to analyze financial reports and guest satisfaction data
- effective communication skills
- willingness to work at Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tennessee
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with brand goals
- reviewing guest feedback and satisfaction data to identify improvements
- overseeing maintenance and cleanliness of guest and public areas
- managing and motivating teams to deliver excellent service
- collaborating with stakeholders including owners and leadership
- controlling occupancy, wages, and expenses to maximize profitability
- fostering a guest-centric atmosphere across all rooms and food and beverage areas
