Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related area
  • or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 2 years experience in similar areas
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • ability to analyze financial reports and guest satisfaction data
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to work at Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tennessee

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • collaborating with stakeholders including owners and leadership
  • controlling occupancy, wages, and expenses to maximize profitability
  • fostering a guest-centric atmosphere across all rooms and food and beverage areas
