Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 4 years relevant experience

Job Duties

  • Developing and executing operational strategy aligned with brand objectives
  • reviewing guest feedback and satisfaction data to identify improvements
  • overseeing maintenance of guest rooms and public spaces
  • touring property and engaging with employees and guests to assess operations
  • managing Rooms operations performance against budget
  • communicating departmental goals clearly
