- 2-4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales, marketing or management operations

Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 4 years relevant experience

Job Duties
- Developing and executing operational strategy aligned with brand objectives
- reviewing guest feedback and satisfaction data to identify improvements
- overseeing maintenance of guest rooms and public spaces
- touring property and engaging with employees and guests to assess operations
- managing Rooms operations performance against budget
- communicating departmental goals clearly
