Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a general manager or in select service hotel operations
  • strong sales and networking skills with a track record of driving financial results
  • excellent leadership abilities including hiring, mentoring, and team motivation
  • organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • prior general manager experience preferred

Job Duties

  • work front desk shifts based on occupancy
  • perform laundry duties as required
  • conduct houseman and housekeeping duties when applicable
  • hire, mentor, and lead a passionate management team aligned with company values
  • oversee hotel operations ensuring brand standards and training compliance
  • manage budgets, supplies, and deadlines to meet financial targets
  • represent the hotel in networking with city officials and community stakeholders
  • drive guest satisfaction scores through leadership and service excellence
