Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business or related field preferred
- 8-10 plus years of experience in senior hospitality leadership roles
- proven ability to manage multi-unit multi-concept operations
- experience in fine dining luxury hospitality or cultural institutions
- strong financial management skills including P&L oversight
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and mentor diverse teams
Job Qualifications
- 8-10 plus years of senior hospitality leadership experience
- strong background in fine dining luxury hospitality cultural institutions hotels or destination-driven venues
- proven experience leading large diverse teams across front-of-house events and service operations
- deep financial acumen with hands-on experience managing complex P&Ls and high-revenue operations
- exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills comfortable partnering with executive clients and cultural organizations
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business or related field preferred
- passion for hospitality food beverage art and culture with refined understanding of guest experience at the highest level
Job Duties
- provide operational leadership across all LACMA dining venues
- lead mentor and develop a senior leadership team including general managers and service leaders
- manage financial performance including P&L oversight labor optimization forecasting and cost controls
- serve as liaison to museum leadership curators and stakeholders
- oversee catering and events from VIP dinners to large galas
- partner with culinary leadership on service execution menu rollouts and beverage programs
- ensure cafe operations meet guest and staff needs including barista and seasonal beverage programs
