Job Requirements

- Previous experience managing a hotel or similar property
- Availability to live on-site at the hotel property
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Lead and manage hotel operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance

- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication
- Coordinate with brand representatives and hotel ownership for compliance and operational support
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and adherence to operational deadlines
- Implement brand standards and training programs
- Monitor property maintenance, safety, and cleanliness standards
