Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a hotel or similar property
  • Availability to live on-site at the hotel property
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage hotel operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance

  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication
  • Coordinate with brand representatives and hotel ownership for compliance and operational support
  • Oversee budgeting, financial management, and adherence to operational deadlines
  • Implement brand standards and training programs
  • Monitor property maintenance, safety, and cleanliness standards
