Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or related field preferred
- minimum of 1 year experience in event planning, customer service, or related field
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- exceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
- must have a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months

Job Duties
- plan and execute resident events to enhance community engagement
- secure vendors and manage event logistics
- assist in managing event budgets and contracts
- create marketing materials such as flyers and invitations
- greet and engage residents to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- respond to resident inquiries and advocate for their needs
- track event attendance and collect feedback for improvements
- craft engaging newsletters and manage social media updates
- assist in community outreach and local partnerships
- maintain detailed records of events and programs
