Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or related field preferred
- minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning, customer service, or related field
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- exceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Plan and execute resident events with attention to detail
- coordinate vendors and manage event logistics
- assist in managing event budgets and vendor contracts
- design promotional materials such as flyers and invitations
- greet residents warmly and foster a welcoming community atmosphere
- respond to resident inquiries and advocate on their behalf
- track event attendance and gather feedback to improve future programs
- craft engaging newsletters and manage community communications
- assist with outreach and build relationships with local organizations
- document event details and maintain organized records
