Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or related field preferred
  • minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning, customer service, or related field
  • excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • exceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute resident events with attention to detail
  • coordinate vendors and manage event logistics
  • assist in managing event budgets and vendor contracts
  • design promotional materials such as flyers and invitations
  • greet residents warmly and foster a welcoming community atmosphere
  • respond to resident inquiries and advocate on their behalf
  • track event attendance and gather feedback to improve future programs
  • craft engaging newsletters and manage community communications
  • assist with outreach and build relationships with local organizations
  • document event details and maintain organized records
