Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of related work experience in the senior living and/or hospitality industry preferred
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as well as be available to residents at peak service times and days
  • Ability and willingness to drive the community vehicle(s)
  • must possess a valid driver’s license issued in the state of residence
  • Reasoning skills that include the ability to understand issues and process information for giving and receiving feedback and instructions
  • Proficiency communicating in English
  • Ability to adjust to varying work settings, including office, community common areas, and outdoor venues
  • ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to promote a positive and friendly teamwork attitude
  • Proficiency with use of computers, mobile devices, AV equipment, and office equipment including phones, scanners, copiers, fax machines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, Outlook

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience in senior living or hospitality industry preferred
  • Proficiency communicating in English
  • Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, AV equipment, and Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license issued in the state of residence
  • Ability to promote a positive and friendly teamwork attitude

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with Resident Experience Director in planning, execution, and delivery of programs/events, including attendance, set-up, tear-down, participation, and evaluation of events
  • Support the Welcome Home Program focusing on resident engagement, onboarding, and retention
  • Encourage residents to attend and participate in activities
  • Prepare flyers, calendars, newsletters, and provide content for social media websites by collaborating with Resident Experience Team
  • Assist with Sales and Marketing events
  • Assist with scheduling transportation or driving vehicles as needed and ensure company vehicle is maintained to standards
  • Keep Revel team members informed of resident programming and seek opportunities for alignment with Culture Crew activities
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments and vendors to ensure exemplary hospitality standards are met for events
  • Provide coverage to Concierge desk as needed
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required
