Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Plan and execute resident events that enhance community engagement
- Coordinate event logistics including securing vendors and setting up venues
- Assist in managing event budgets and contracts to maximize resources
- Design promotional materials such as flyers and invitations
- Greet residents and foster an inclusive community atmosphere
- Respond to resident inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Track event attendance and gather feedback to improve future programs
