Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of related work experience in senior living and/or hospitality industry preferred
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours
  • Valid driver’s license issued in the state of residence
  • Ability and willingness to drive community vehicle(s)
  • Reasoning skills to understand issues and process information
  • Ability to adjust to varying work settings including office, community common areas, and outdoor venues
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
  • Proficiency communicating in English
  • Ability to promote a positive and friendly teamwork attitude in all duties

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of related work experience in senior living or hospitality industry preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Familiarity with computers, mobile devices, AV equipment, and other office equipment
  • Ability to promote a positive and friendly teamwork attitude

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with Resident Experience Director in planning, execution, and delivery of programs/events
  • Support the Welcome Home Program focusing on resident engagement, onboarding, and retention
  • Encourage residents to attend and participate in activities
  • Prepare flyers, calendars, newsletters, and provide content for social media websites
  • Assist with Sales and Marketing events
  • Assist with scheduling transportation or driving vehicles as needed
  • Keeps Revel team members informed of resident programming and seeks opportunities for alignment with Culture Crew activities
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments and vendors to ensure exemplary hospitality standards are met for events
  • Provide coverage to Concierge desk as needed
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required
