Job Requirements

  • 1 plus years of related work experience in the senior living and or hospitality industry preferred
  • HS diploma or GED
  • associates degree preferred
  • ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as well as be available to residents at peak service times and days
  • ability and willingness to drive the community vehicle(s)
  • must possess a valid driver’s license issued in the state of residence
  • reasoning skills that include the ability to understand issues and process information for giving and receiving feedback and instructions
  • proficiency communicating in English
  • ability to adjust to varying work settings, including office, community common areas, and outdoor venues
  • ability to lift and carry objects of varying shapes and sizes up to 25 pounds
  • ability to promote a positive and friendly teamwork attitude in the execution of all duties
  • proficiency with the use of computers, mobile devices, AV equipment and other office equipment
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, Outlook

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with Resident Experience Director in planning, execution, and delivery of programs and events
  • support the Welcome Home Program focusing on resident engagement, onboarding, and retention
  • encourage residents to attend and participate in activities
  • prepare flyers, calendars, newsletters, and provide content for social media as needed
  • assist with sales and marketing events
  • assist with scheduling transportation or driving vehicles as needed
  • keep team members informed of resident programming and seek opportunities for alignment with Culture Crew activities
  • communicate and collaborate with other departments and vendors to ensure exemplary hospitality standards
  • provide coverage to Concierge desk as needed
  • perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required
