Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities
  • Proficiency with computers and software applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation recommended

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software

  • Knowledge of local area amenities and businesses advantageous

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member
  • Assist with property tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with service request callbacks
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness, and manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure all amenities are prepared and in tour condition for resident use
  • Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs utilizing amenity spaces
  • Maintain detailed local area information and relationships with concierge vendors and businesses to assist residents
  • Monitor and respond to Lifestyle E-mail Account, collaborate with Lifestyle Team to promote events and initiatives
  • Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers for activities and events, and manage Resident Portal postings
  • Participate in ensuring compliance with Greystar sales and marketing standards and benchmarks
  • Provide input on budget development related to resident activities, managing expenses appropriately
