Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in community services or event coordination preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of multitasking and handling various administrative duties
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to maintain professionalism and interact positively with residents and team members
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible to work varied hours including weekends and evenings

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with basic office software and communication tools

- Knowledge of local area amenities and services advantageous

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort
- Assist with tours as needed
- Answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
- Assist with service request call backs
- Maintain guest suite schedule and manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Manage all package deliveries by documenting and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- Develop and execute creative and dynamic events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
- Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery places and maintain positive relationships with local vendors
- Respond to Lifestyle Email Account and assist in marketing and awareness of community events
- Create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers for activities and events
- Participate in meeting sales and marketing program standards
- Provide input for budget development related to activities and resident retention
- Manage expenses to budget
