Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in property management or resident services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient with basic computer applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property management or resident services preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate and execute community events
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures their comfort
  • Assists with property tours as needed
  • Answers phone calls and routes to appropriate team members
  • Assists with service request callbacks
  • Maintains guest suite schedule and ensures cleanliness
  • Manages package deliveries and notifies residents promptly
  • Ensures amenities are prepared and in tour-ready condition
  • Develops and executes resident events, services, and programs
  • Maintains information on local area restaurants, shops, and services
  • Works with Lifestyle Team to manage email communications and marketing
  • Creates monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
  • Participates in sales and marketing program compliance
  • Provides input on budget development for resident activities
  • Manages expenses to budget
