Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College coursework or degree in hospitality, communications, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate resident events
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service
Job Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns, providing solutions or directing them to the appropriate resources
- Plan, organize, and execute resident events and activities that foster community spirit and social interaction
- Serve as a liaison between residents and property management, ensuring clear and timely information flow about community updates and policies
- Address and resolve resident issues, complaints, and emergencies with empathy and efficiency
- Document and track property complaints via internal systems (Case Manager)
- Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor, assist with package deliveries, and provide general concierge services
- Create and distribute a monthly resident newsletter including community updates, upcoming events, resident highlights, and other announcements
- Develop and manage event calendars, coordinate event logistics, and promote activities through various channels
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, event attendance, and feedback
- Prepare reports for management as needed
- Assist with leasing, property tours, and other duties as assigned
