Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College coursework or degree in hospitality, communications, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate resident events
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns, providing solutions or directing them to the appropriate resources
  • Plan, organize, and execute resident events and activities that foster community spirit and social interaction
  • Serve as a liaison between residents and property management, ensuring clear and timely information flow about community updates and policies
  • Address and resolve resident issues, complaints, and emergencies with empathy and efficiency
  • Document and track property complaints via internal systems (Case Manager)
  • Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor, assist with package deliveries, and provide general concierge services
  • Create and distribute a monthly resident newsletter including community updates, upcoming events, resident highlights, and other announcements
  • Develop and manage event calendars, coordinate event logistics, and promote activities through various channels
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, event attendance, and feedback
  • Prepare reports for management as needed
  • Assist with leasing, property tours, and other duties as assigned
