Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of related experience or training
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Basic math proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work regularly and punctually
- Flexibility to work beyond normal hours
- Good task management and time management skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year of related experience or training
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to relate well to emotionally upset residents
- Knowledge of audio visual equipment operation
- Ability to manage time effectively and work beyond normal hours when necessary
Job Duties
- Perform job functions in line with Loomis Communities mission and ethics
- Adhere to confidentiality, safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
- Assist Resident Engagement Coordinators with planning and implementing quality resident programs
- Follow scheduled calendar and lead daily activities, documenting attendance
- Safely transport residents to and from activities, including driving when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of program areas and decorate for events
- Adapt activities to ensure resident participation regardless of ability or preference
