Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a guest-facing hospitality role
- Luxury hotel or condominium experience strongly preferred
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to routinely lift, carry, or move materials weighing 50 pounds
- Able to occasionally lift, carry, or move materials weighing 100 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Initiate contact with entering and departing residents and guests while opening and closing the residential lobby door
- Assist residents with luggage, load luggage onto carts for delivery, and provide luggage tags to residents and guests requesting luggage storage
- Assist and greet residents and visitors with car doors within thirty seconds of arrival
- Assist in coordinating the flow of street traffic outside the residences
- Partially escort guests of residents to either the residential concierge desk or the hotel’s main lobby where applicable
- Maintain the cleanliness of the driveway and front residential entrance
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
