Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution per USDA guidelines
  • Multi-unit/multi-site leadership in contract food management or large scale food service operations
  • Ability to demonstrate Aramark's value to clients, customers, and employees
  • Strong financial acumen, especially in P&L environments across multiple sites
  • Experience leading large teams across districts
  • Focus on growth and retention of business
  • Ability to establish ownership and accountability of operational and financial performance
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
  • Compliance with policies, rules, and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution per USDA guidelines
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in K12/Student Nutrition environment preferred
  • Proven leadership experience with 5-10 years including P&L responsibility in food and beverage industries
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with knowledge of management practices and client interaction
  • Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills at all organizational levels
  • Proven success in repeatable business models, including leading through change and turnaround initiatives
  • Advanced degree in business or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Establish overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of multiple accounts and units
  • Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, and service excellence
  • Coach and mentor employees by crafting a shared understanding of goals
  • Reward and recognize employees and identify and develop top talent
  • Plan and lead team management meetings
  • Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
  • Facilitate and support new business and retention activities
  • Build revenue and manage budget with sensitivity to costs and client needs
  • Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements
  • Provide oversight to deliver financial targets
  • Lead managers in implementing labor and financial initiatives
  • Ensure efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
  • Follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulations related to safety, health, and wage and hour
