Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum five years of management experience
- minimum five years of functional experience in a related field
- proven ability to lead and develop teams in a high-volume business environment
- strong financial acumen and profit and loss management experience
- effective communication and project management skills
- experience in driving employee engagement and customer satisfaction
- knowledge of client contracts and compliance requirements
Job Duties
- manage day-to-day food service operations including resident dining, retail, catering, and concessions
- demonstrate exceptional client service mentality and executive presence
- support a diverse and inclusive workforce
- develop exceptional client relations ensuring alignment of campus food service goals with client needs
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- integrate fully within the client’s organization acting as a trusted advisor with customer service focus
- create a positive work environment
