Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum five years of management experience
- minimum five years of functional experience in food service management
- demonstrated leadership skills in employee engagement
- strong background in culinary production
- working knowledge of safety and sanitation compliance
- proficiency in professional communication
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- familiarity with Sodexo Food Management System and The Market Connection for internal candidates
