Job Requirements

  • Experience required
  • Ability to work full time with flexible schedule including weekends
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Must comply with food safety regulations
  • Ability to perform supervisory duties
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a culinary or food service management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to train and mentor staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to prepare production and sales reports
  • High school diploma or equivalent, culinary degree or related certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide training and create work schedules
  • Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline associates who fail to meet reasonable standards of performance
  • Prepare production or sales reports for management
  • Ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
  • Act as the contact person for associates with complaints or requests for time off
  • Act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage associates to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned
