Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Experience in a culinary or food service management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to train and mentor staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to prepare production and sales reports
- High school diploma or equivalent, culinary degree or related certification preferred
Job Duties
- Provide training and create work schedules
- Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline associates who fail to meet reasonable standards of performance
- Prepare production or sales reports for management
- Ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
- Act as the contact person for associates with complaints or requests for time off
- Act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage associates to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
