Job Requirements

Able to work weekends and holidays
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Interested in learning and growing your skill set
Must hold an active LVN or LPN license
Available to work 2pm-10pm shift Tuesday through Saturday

Job Qualifications

Active LVN or LPN license
Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership or supervisory experience
Ability to complete resident assessments and care planning
Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

Review 24-hour log
Receipt and record review for new move-in
EMR dashboard review and update
Census review and update
Review of incidents and regulatory required reporting
Pharmacy order updates in eMAR
Document uploading
Complete resident assessments and service plans
Attend and participate in meetings
Provide supervision and guidance to care associates
Participate in on-call rotation for after hours or weekend care-related concerns
