  • Must hold an active LVN or LPN license
  • Available to work 2pm-10pm shift Tuesday through Saturday

Job Qualifications

  • Active LVN or LPN license
  • Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to complete resident assessments and care planning
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Review 24-hour log
  • Receipt and record review for new move-in
  • EMR dashboard review and update
  • Census review and update
  • Review of incidents and regulatory required reporting
  • Pharmacy order updates in eMAR
  • Document uploading
  • Complete resident assessments and service plans
  • Attend and participate in meetings
  • Provide supervision and guidance to care associates
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after hours or weekend care-related concerns
