Job Requirements
- Possess a valid HCA or CNA license
- have at least one year of experience as a Personal Care Attendant or six months as a Medication Technician/Aide, or prior experience as a Resident Care Coordinator
- be able to work on-call, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership
- be committed to upholding safety and infection control protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through education, training, and experience
- at least one year of experience as a Personal Care Attendant or six months as a Medication Technician/Aide, or previous experience as a Resident Care Coordinator
- experience in an assisted living setting preferred
- ability to work on-call, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- possession of an HCA or CNA license
Job Duties
- Partner with health services leadership to develop and implement Cooperative Service Plans
- coordinate and assist in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new health services team members
- collaborate with leadership to create and maintain health services schedules ensuring appropriate staffing
- maintain medication carts and rooms in an organized, clean, and safe manner
- coordinate information regarding changes in residents conditions, personal needs, appointments, and outside services
- work as a Medication Aide and/or Personal Care Attendant to cover shifts and educate team members
- educate and monitor safety procedures including infection control and universal precautions
