Job Requirements

  • Possess a valid HCA or CNA license
  • have at least one year of experience as a Personal Care Attendant or six months as a Medication Technician/Aide, or prior experience as a Resident Care Coordinator
  • be able to work on-call, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
  • hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership
  • be committed to upholding safety and infection control protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through education, training, and experience
  • at least one year of experience as a Personal Care Attendant or six months as a Medication Technician/Aide, or previous experience as a Resident Care Coordinator
  • experience in an assisted living setting preferred
  • ability to work on-call, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
  • possession of an HCA or CNA license

Job Duties

  • Partner with health services leadership to develop and implement Cooperative Service Plans
  • coordinate and assist in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new health services team members
  • collaborate with leadership to create and maintain health services schedules ensuring appropriate staffing
  • maintain medication carts and rooms in an organized, clean, and safe manner
  • coordinate information regarding changes in residents conditions, personal needs, appointments, and outside services
  • work as a Medication Aide and/or Personal Care Attendant to cover shifts and educate team members
  • educate and monitor safety procedures including infection control and universal precautions
