Job Qualifications
- Active LVN or LPN license
- Experience in nursing or senior care environment preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a care team
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems

- Commitment to resident-centered care
Job Duties
- Review 24-hour log
- Receipt and record review for new move-in
- EMR dashboard review and update
- Census review and update
- Review of incidents and regulatory required reporting
- Pharmacy order updates in eMAR
- Document uploading
- Complete resident assessments and service plans
- Attend and participate in meetings
- Provide supervision and guidance to care associates
- Participate in on-call rotation for after hours or weekend care-related concerns
