Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for resident care
- Current CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow care plans and document observations accurately

- Demonstrated experience in a caregiving role

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to observe and assess resident conditions accurately
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Assist resident with all ADLs and personal care skills (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Make appropriate observations about the resident’s condition in every interaction
- Record and follow up with changes in resident’s condition in a timely manner
- Assist residents with laundry and housekeeping services as needed
- Provide compassionate and respectful support to enhance resident’s quality of life
- Communicate effectively with team members and families to coordinate care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
