Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in caregiving or related field
- Current CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving
- Strong observation and documentation skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist resident with all ADLs and personal care skills such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Make appropriate observations about the resident’s condition in every interaction
- Record and follow up with changes in resident’s condition in a timely manner
- Assist residents with laundry and housekeeping services as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and family to support resident care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
