Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- demonstrated experience in a caregiving role
- current CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving
- strong communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours
- commitment to resident dignity and respect

Job Duties
- Assist resident with all ADLs and personal care skills (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- make appropriate observations about the resident's condition in every interaction
- record and follow up with changes in resident's condition in a timely manner
- assist residents with laundry and housekeeping services as needed
- provide compassionate and respectful care to support resident dignity
- maintain a safe and clean environment
- communicate effectively with the care team and families
