Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a caregiving role
- Current CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to resident care
- Strong observational skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion

- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques

Job Duties
- Assist resident with all ADLs and personal care skills including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Make appropriate observations about the resident’s condition in every interaction
- Record and follow up with changes in resident’s condition in a timely manner
- Assist residents with laundry and housekeeping services as needed
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to support residents’ dignity and comfort
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in residents’ living areas
