Job Duties
- Provide guests with directions and information about hotel amenities, services, schedules, and local points of interest
- Contact appropriate personnel or departments such as Bell Services, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Loss Prevention to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues
- Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been satisfactorily resolved
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly
- Notify Loss Prevention or Security of any theft reports made by guests
- Adhere to all safety and security policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and protect proprietary company information and assets
- Greet guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, thank guests sincerely, and assist persons with disabilities
