Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 pounds
- ability to assist with heavier items over 75 pounds
- physical stamina to stand, walk, and respond promptly for full work shifts
- ability to move over various surfaces including stairs and ramps
- willingness to adhere to safety policies
- ability to maintain professional appearance

- proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms
- open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and exiting the property
- inform guests about amenities, services, operating hours, and local area attractions and activities
- identify and explain room features to guests such as key usage, minibar, ice machines, vending machines, in-room safe, and personalized laundry services
- carry guests' luggage to and from rooms or designated bell area
- assist in storing and retrieving luggage
- help guests and visitors with vehicle entry and exit, including loading and unloading luggage
- provide guests with directions to their destinations
- arrange transportation such as taxi and shuttle services for guests and visitors and record transportation requests in advance
- communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain a neat and professional appearance
- protect company property and maintain confidentiality of company information
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist the team in achieving common goals
- meet quality assurance expectations and standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds independently
- assist in moving objects weighing more than 75 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods during shifts
- move at required speeds to respond to work situations
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- reach above the head and below the knees, bend, twist at the waist, drag, and stoop
- navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
- greet all guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally including using proper phone etiquette
- remain alert for the presence of undesirable persons on the property
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
