Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management or related major with 4 years experience
  • Or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management or related major with 2 years experience
  • Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Develop operational strategy aligned with brand’s business strategy
  • Review guest satisfaction data and identify areas of improvement
  • Participate in property inspections to ensure maintenance and preventative processes
  • Communicate departmental goals clearly to produce desired results
  • Manage luxury condominium facilities focusing on value preservation and enhancement
  • Verify rooms operations meet target customer needs and employee satisfaction
  • Implement high standards for safety, loss prevention, and privacy protection
