Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management or related major with 4 years experience
- Or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management or related major with 2 years experience
- Experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Develop operational strategy aligned with brand’s business strategy
- Review guest satisfaction data and identify areas of improvement
- Participate in property inspections to ensure maintenance and preventative processes
- Communicate departmental goals clearly to produce desired results
- Manage luxury condominium facilities focusing on value preservation and enhancement
- Verify rooms operations meet target customer needs and employee satisfaction
- Implement high standards for safety, loss prevention, and privacy protection
