Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds independently and assist with heavier weights
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Pass all safety training and certifications
- Ability to work full time
- Availability for scheduled shifts on site

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms
- Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the property
- Inform guests about amenities, services, operating hours, and local points of interest
- Explain room functionalities including key usage, minibar, ice machines, vending machines, safes, and laundry services
- Transport luggage to and from guest rooms or bell areas
- Assist guests with entering and exiting vehicles including loading and unloading luggage
- Arrange transportation services and manage parking procedures for guests
- Comply with all safety policies and report any maintenance or safety hazards
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure guest privacy and company asset protection
- Support team members and uphold quality assurance standards
- Move, lift, push, and transport objects up to 50 pounds independently and assist with heavier objects
- Be alert to security concerns and respond promptly to work-related situations
- Perform additional reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors
