Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- adherence to Marriott International’s code of conduct and policies

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to rooms
- open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest
- identify and explain room features (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services)
- transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell area
- assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage
- supply guests with directions
- arrange transportation for guests/visitors and record advance transportation requests
- communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors
- follow company policies and procedures and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- maintain awareness of undesirable persons on premises
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- welcome and acknowledge guests and anticipate and address service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- thank guests with genuine appreciation
- speak clearly and professionally and answer telephones using proper etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- comply with quality assurance standards
- read and verify information in various formats
- move at required speeds (run, walk, jog)
- stand, sit, or walk for entire shifts
- move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently and over 75 pounds with assistance
- navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
