Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms
- open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and exiting the property
- inform guests about amenities, services, and operating hours
- explain room features such as keys, mini bars, ice machines, safes, and laundry services
- carry guests' luggage to and from their rooms or designated areas
- assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- help guests and visitors get in and out of vehicles including loading and unloading luggage
- provide directions to guests
- arrange transportation like taxis or shuttles and record transportation requests
- communicate parking procedures to guests
- comply with company safety policies and report any maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain a neat and professional uniform and appearance
- protect company information privacy and assets
- support colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect
- contribute to team goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move objects weighing less than 50 pounds independently and assist with heavier items
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- remain alert for undesirable persons on the property
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
