Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior related work experience required
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting luggage up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
  • availability to work part-time

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms
  • open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and exiting the property
  • inform guests about amenities, services, and operating hours
  • explain room features such as keys, mini bars, ice machines, safes, and laundry services
  • carry guests' luggage to and from their rooms or designated areas
  • assist with luggage storage and retrieval
  • help guests and visitors get in and out of vehicles including loading and unloading luggage
  • provide directions to guests
  • arrange transportation like taxis or shuttles and record transportation requests
  • communicate parking procedures to guests
  • comply with company safety policies and report any maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • maintain a neat and professional uniform and appearance
  • protect company information privacy and assets
  • support colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect
  • contribute to team goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • move objects weighing less than 50 pounds independently and assist with heavier items
  • stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • remain alert for undesirable persons on the property
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
