Job Duties
- coordinate departments including administrative, operating, sales, and engineering services directly affecting residents
- serve as liaison with homeowners and residents
- maintain close relationship with the General Manager and associated departments
- track daily house counts and unit availability
- monitor preparation of financial statements
- coordinate development of community long range and annual business plans
- assist in building maintenance including elevators, heat, water, and life safety systems
- prepare specifications and recommend vendors for bids and services
- manage relationships with vendors
- participate in board and annual meetings
- assist in ensuring proper coverage and resident service
- support coworkers by providing assistance and ensuring task understanding
- monitor performance of others to meet quality standards
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain professional uniform and personal appearance
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- protect company assets
- develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- communicate clearly and professionally
- answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
- welcome and acknowledge residents and guests according to standards
- anticipate and address service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- thank residents and guests genuinely
- perform physical tasks involving moving objects up to 10 pounds
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested
