Job Requirements

  • Full availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
  • Minimum of two years previous housekeeping experience as a room attendant
  • Good written and verbal command of the English language
  • Ability to communicate repair needs promptly
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Professional appearance and grooming

Job Duties

  • Offer a warm, sincere and personalized welcome to all residents
  • Exhibit courtesy and respect to residents at all times
  • Accept direction and follow through without complaint
  • Prompt communication of repair needs and safety issues
  • Clean residences including bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to established standards
  • Replenish amenities and terry items
  • Make beds and arrange clothing neatly according to standards
  • Clean windows, mirrors, furniture, carpets and baseboards
  • Remove room service trays from hallways and corridors
  • Ensure all service standards are executed
  • Recognize and report missing, damaged or sub-standard furniture and equipment
  • Ensure all electronic devices are working properly
  • Prioritize workload according to residence requests
  • Complete residence cleaning with correct status marked at end of shift
