Job Requirements
- Full availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Minimum of two years previous housekeeping experience as a room attendant
- Good written and verbal command of the English language
- Ability to communicate repair needs promptly
- Attention to detail
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Professional appearance and grooming

Job Duties
- Offer a warm, sincere and personalized welcome to all residents
- Exhibit courtesy and respect to residents at all times
- Accept direction and follow through without complaint
- Prompt communication of repair needs and safety issues
- Clean residences including bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to established standards
- Replenish amenities and terry items
- Make beds and arrange clothing neatly according to standards
- Clean windows, mirrors, furniture, carpets and baseboards
- Remove room service trays from hallways and corridors
- Ensure all service standards are executed
- Recognize and report missing, damaged or sub-standard furniture and equipment
- Ensure all electronic devices are working properly
- Prioritize workload according to residence requests
- Complete residence cleaning with correct status marked at end of shift
