Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related major
- 6 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- Management license for Condominiums, as applicable
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related major
- 4 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- Management license for Condominiums, as applicable
- Preferred 8 or more years’ experience in senior management of a Four Star/Four Diamond hotel
- Property industry work experience demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance
- Previous Association management experience
Job Qualifications
- Two-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related field with six years of relevant experience
- Four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related field with four years of relevant experience
- Management license for condominiums, as applicable
- Eight or more years’ experience in a senior management position of a Four Star/Four Diamond hotel preferred
- Progressive career growth and exceptional performance in property industry
- Previous Association management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively
- Experience in managing luxury residential properties
Job Duties
- Develop and execute operational strategy aligned with brand business strategy
- Review owner engagement surveys and guest satisfaction data to identify improvement areas
- Manage luxury condominium facilities and all departments including physical plant
- Serve as liaison to Association shared services Directors such as Loss Prevention, Human Resources, Accounting, and Housekeeping
- Implement high standards for life safety, loss prevention, unit owner identity, and privacy protection
- Prepare and operate within the annual budget constraints
- Provide monthly reports and financial statements to the Board of Directors
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, Board of Directors, and local community
- Conduct property tours and engage regularly with employees and owners
- Lead and develop operations team to meet service needs and achieve goals
- Implement training programs to reinforce quality service
- Manage owner complaints using established procedures
- Ensure compliance with hotel and residence policies
- Foster employee commitment and model service behaviors
- Conduct employee performance reviews and manage disciplinary procedures
- Champion change and communicate business initiatives within the team
