Job Requirements

  • Florida CAM License required
  • 2-year degree with 6 years experience or 4-year degree with 4 years experience in relevant fields
  • management experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
  • preferred 8+ years senior management in luxury hotel
  • prior association management experience
  • exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
  • commitment to high standards of service and operational excellence
  • willingness to engage with local community and stakeholders
  • strong problem-solving capabilities
  • eligibility for full-time employment within the United States

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related field with 6 years professional experience
  • or 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Property Management, or related field with 4 years professional experience
  • valid Florida CAM License
  • experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales, marketing, or management operations
  • senior management experience in Four Star/Four Diamond hotel preferred
  • prior association management experience preferred
  • demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance in property industry

Job Duties

  • Develops and executes operational strategy aligned with brand business goals
  • reviews owner engagement surveys and guest satisfaction data to identify improvements
  • implements the four pillars of operational excellence
  • evaluates team service delivery and provides feedback
  • conducts regular property tours to assess operations and maintenance
  • establishes sustainable work processes and monitors financial performance against budget
  • manages luxury condominium facilities and liaises with Association shared service directors
  • identifies and resolves building and service defects
  • enforces high standards for life safety, loss prevention, and privacy protection
  • maintains complete and accurate property records
  • ensures adherence to hotel and residence policies and procedures
  • fosters employee commitment to excellent service
  • implements and participates in staff training programs
  • attends owner and Board meetings and provides financial and operational reports
  • builds strong relationships with owners, Board, and local community
  • manages profitability by improving departmental financial performance
  • establishes clear departmental goals and communicates effectively
  • champions property management and governance compliance
  • creates owner-centric environments that exceed expectations
  • handles owner complaints promptly with effective resolution
  • manages human resources activities including performance reviews, staff accountability, and employee satisfaction initiatives
  • encourages open communication and fair treatment of employees
  • leads change management initiatives and business strategy implementation
  • represents the brand with professionalism and commitment
