Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds
- strong communication skills
- adherence to company policies and confidentiality

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners and their guests requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
- announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to Residence owners before allowing access
- answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve issues
- assist with owners reservation services
- assist with scheduling of elevator for move-in/out
- perform Lobby Ambassador tasks
- review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information
- report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- welcome and acknowledge all Residence owners and guests
- adhere to company policies and uphold service standards
