Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
  • Basic computer and telephone etiquette skills
  • Understanding of safety procedures and willingness to complete safety training

Job Duties

  • Respond to residents requests regarding visitor information, special procedures, or services such as transportation, reservations, or laundry
  • Manage special requests from residents and guests with special needs ensuring satisfaction
  • Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to residents before granting access and allow entry only to authorized visitors while implementing key tracking system
  • Respond, log, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns and coordinate with appropriate departments such as engineering, bell services, or housekeeping
  • Assist with reservation services including elevator booking and valet assistance for vehicle requests
  • Perform lobby ambassador duties
  • Review shift records, daily memos, and document relevant information in logbooks
  • Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions to management and complete required safety training and certifications
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Greet and recognize all residents and guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet service needs, assist persons with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation
  • Foster and maintain positive workplace relationships supporting team goals and responding appropriately to employee concerns
