- Understanding of safety procedures and willingness to complete safety training

Job Duties
- Respond to residents requests regarding visitor information, special procedures, or services such as transportation, reservations, or laundry
- Manage special requests from residents and guests with special needs ensuring satisfaction
- Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to residents before granting access and allow entry only to authorized visitors while implementing key tracking system
- Respond, log, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns and coordinate with appropriate departments such as engineering, bell services, or housekeeping
- Assist with reservation services including elevator booking and valet assistance for vehicle requests
- Perform lobby ambassador duties
- Review shift records, daily memos, and document relevant information in logbooks
- Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions to management and complete required safety training and certifications
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Greet and recognize all residents and guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet service needs, assist persons with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation
- Foster and maintain positive workplace relationships supporting team goals and responding appropriately to employee concerns
