Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move objects weighing up to 10 pounds

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners' and their guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services such as transportation and reservations
- Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to Residence owners before allowing access and document into the key track system
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate departments such as Engineering, Bellperson, Housekeeping to resolve issues
- Assist with owners' reservation services and scheduling of elevators for move-ins and move-outs
- Support Bell and Valet services for owners' vehicles
- Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks including reviewing shift logs and documenting pertinent information
