Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners requests for visitor information and special services
- Arrange procedures or identify appropriate service providers
- Address special requests from Residence owners and guests with special needs and ensure satisfaction
- Collect, summarize, and provide information about property and surrounding area including events and activities
- Announce visitors and contractors to Residence owners and authorize access only to approved visitors
- Respond, record and process calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate personnel or departments to resolve issues such as engineering, bell services, or housekeeping
- Assist with reservation services and elevator bookings for Residence owners and tenants
- Support bell services and valet in responding to vehicle requests
- Perform Lobby Ambassador duties
- Review shift logs and daily memos documenting relevant information
- Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions to management and complete safety training and certifications
- Adhere to company policies including uniform and appearance standards
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Welcome and recognize Residence owners and guests according to company standards
- Assist persons with disabilities and demonstrate genuine appreciation to others
- Communicate clearly and professionally using proper telephone etiquette
- Cultivate positive working relationships and support team objectives
- Ensure quality standards compliance
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move or lift objects up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
- Adhere to Ritz-Carlton service excellence standards
