Job Duties

  • Respond to Residence owners requests for visitor information and special services
  • Arrange procedures or identify appropriate service providers
  • Address special requests from Residence owners and guests with special needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Collect, summarize, and provide information about property and surrounding area including events and activities
  • Announce visitors and contractors to Residence owners and authorize access only to approved visitors
  • Respond, record and process calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate personnel or departments to resolve issues such as engineering, bell services, or housekeeping
  • Assist with reservation services and elevator bookings for Residence owners and tenants
  • Support bell services and valet in responding to vehicle requests
  • Perform Lobby Ambassador duties
  • Review shift logs and daily memos documenting relevant information
  • Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions to management and complete safety training and certifications
  • Adhere to company policies including uniform and appearance standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
  • Welcome and recognize Residence owners and guests according to company standards
  • Assist persons with disabilities and demonstrate genuine appreciation to others
  • Communicate clearly and professionally using proper telephone etiquette
  • Cultivate positive working relationships and support team objectives
  • Ensure quality standards compliance
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Move or lift objects up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
  • Adhere to Ritz-Carlton service excellence standards
