Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year work experience in related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as standing or walking for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver excellent customer service
- Familiarity with hotel service standards and etiquette
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act professionally in a luxury hospitality environment
Job Duties
- Respond to residence owners and guests requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
- Announce all visitors and contractors to residence owners before allowing access
- Process calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns, and contact relevant departments to resolve issues
- Assist with owners reservation services and scheduling of the elevator for move-in or move-out
- Support bell and valet services for owners vehicle requests
- Perform lobby ambassador tasks including reviewing shift logs and documenting information
- Report incidents and complete safety training while following company policies and maintaining confidentiality
