Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds
Adherence to company policies and appearance standards
Completion of safety training and certifications

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Respond to Residence owners and guests requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
Gather and provide information about property and surrounding area amenities
Announce all visitors and authorize access according to key track system
Answer, record, and process calls, messages, requests, and concerns
Coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve issues
Assist with owners reservation services and scheduling elevator use
Perform Lobby Ambassador duties and document shift information
