Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds
  • Adherence to company policies and appearance standards
  • Completion of safety training and certifications

Job Duties

  • Respond to Residence owners and guests requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
  • Gather and provide information about property and surrounding area amenities
  • Announce all visitors and authorize access according to key track system
  • Answer, record, and process calls, messages, requests, and concerns
  • Coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve issues
  • Assist with owners reservation services and scheduling elevator use
  • Perform Lobby Ambassador duties and document shift information
