Job Duties
- Respond to residence owners inquiries regarding visitor information, special services, and appropriate service providers
- Respond and follow up on special requests from residence owners and guests with special needs
- Gather and provide information about the property and surrounding area, including events and activities
- Announce and authorize visitor access after confirming with residence owners
- Handle calls, messages, requests, and concerns, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution
- Assist with reservations, elevator bookings for moves, and valet services upon request
- Maintain daily shift logs, report accidents or hazards, and adhere to company policies and safety training
