Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods

Job Duties

Respond to residence owners inquiries regarding visitor information, special services, and appropriate service providers
Respond and follow up on special requests from residence owners and guests with special needs
Gather and provide information about the property and surrounding area, including events and activities
Announce and authorize visitor access after confirming with residence owners
Handle calls, messages, requests, and concerns, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution
Assist with reservations, elevator bookings for moves, and valet services upon request
Maintain daily shift logs, report accidents or hazards, and adhere to company policies and safety training
